Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All content in the Gentle Touch Star - Customer App is owned by Gentle Touch Star Ltd and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays in service delivery beyond our control
• Damages to property caused by third-party service providers
• Loss of access to the service due to technical issues

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
